Such a fun install! What's a better way to kick off the summer than with an incredible townhouse and one in Greenpoint (our old home base) makes it even better! 96 Franklin St. listed for $6MThanks to @yuvalvidalteam @fiveboroughbroker @theleonardsteinbergteam @amymendizabal and especially @carolinegruchawkany for making this happen.
