During the course of this project, we had a major rethink, what if we stopped trying to make the house look luxurious, and instead designed it to feel luxurious?

That was the conversation that truly started this project at Studio Modulus.

We wanted the architecture to feel warm, calm and effortless, not just impressive from the street, but beautiful to live in.

So we played with curves to soften the massing, natural stone and timber to bring warmth, expansive glazing to blur the boundary between inside and out, and carefully placed greenery to make the architecture feel rooted in its environment.

Every line, material and opening was considered to create a home that feels contemporary without feeling cold.

This is how we imagined modern luxury. by @studio.modulus_

Note that a survey plan registered under a different local government area, reflecting where the property was originally captured, remains valid for approval, provided it is in UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator) and not NNO.
