Calgary’s Best Private Music Studio

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Quality recording, mixing and mastering services are becoming more rare as the years go on. Predatory pricing, corner cutting, and automated mixing & mastering services are threatening our industry.

Music used to start with passion, not profit margins. But the world changed. We’re making something that feels real again.

The process is of making art is what should be celebrated most.

Whether you’re a band looking to track your next album, or a solo artist looking to have their single mixed, Studio Yelo will make it more than a session.

This is a space for serious creatives to have their art taken seriously.

Remote mixing & mastering services also available.

Hello everyone

My name is Luke, and I’m a producer, recording, and mixing engineer based in Calgary.

Over the past five years, with the support of many close friends, I’ve built a one-of-a-kind recording space in my home. I’m now excited to open this space to local artists across the city, a creative hub where ideas can grow into fully realized songs.

Music has always been at the core of my life. I started playing drums at a young age and began pursuing music more seriously after high school. In 2023, I completed my degree in audio engineering, and since then, my passion for mixing and producing has only grown. I love taking an artist’s vision and helping bring it to life in ways they never imagined.

Collaboration is everything to me, and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with and creating alongside many of you in the near future.

None of this would be possible without all the amazing people who spent time making this happen.
