ICONS 2026 🤍

Honestly… we still don’t quite have the words.

This show was something really special. Months and months of hard work, dedication, late nights, creativity, and so much love poured into every single moment. From our incredible team, to the choreography, to every individual student and family who gave their time, energy and heart and it truly showed🤍

Over 200 children, a team of over 50, and more than 700 tickets sold🥹

For some of our children, this was their very first time stepping onto a stage like that and there is honestly no feeling quite like watching them walk out, find their confidence, and shine. Seeing the joy, the nerves turn into excitement, the laughter in the dressing rooms, the friendships, the memories being made, that’s what it’s all about🥹🤍

We are so proud of every single one of you. Not just for the performance, but for the journey it took to get there 🤍

A huge, huge thank you to our incredible team who go above and beyond every single day. The love, care and passion you give to these children does not go unnoticed. And a special thank you to our wonderful Miss Katie @s74misskatiex and Miss Chloe @s74misschloe 🤍

The show went beyond anything we could have imagined. The support, the messages, the love we’ve received, we are honestly overwhelmed.🥹

✨ What a special afternoon at our Pre-School and Junior Showcase! ✨

From our Baby Ballerinas to Tots Funky, our little stars aged 2½–5 absolutely shone on stage. For so many, it was their very first performance, and we couldn’t be prouder of how brave and confident they were. 💛

A huge thank you to all of our amazing families for your support – we loved celebrating this milestone with you!

✨ WHAT. A. NIGHT. ✨

Yesterday marked our very first ever Studio 74 Acro Showcase, and honestly… we’re still smiling. 🤍

To think that over 100 incredible acro students took to the stage yesterday (and that’s not even our entire Acro Department!) is something we could only have dreamed of a few years ago. Watching our students perform with such confidence, strength and passion made us unbelievably proud.

A huge, heartfelt thank you has to go to our amazing Miss Courtney. 🤍

Courtney, you pour your heart and soul into every single student. The hours, the dedication, the encouragement, the choreography, the belief you have in every child… it never goes unnoticed. We are so incredibly lucky at Studio 74 to have a teacher who genuinely cares so deeply about every student that walks through our doors. This showcase was a reflection of your passion, and we couldn’t be prouder of you. 🫶

To our wonderful parents, thank you for trusting us, supporting your children and cheering every routine on. To our incredible chaperones, backstage helpers and Studio 74 team, thank you for giving up your time and helping make the day run so smoothly. We simply couldn’t do it without you.

And finally… to our amazing acro students… YOU were the stars of the show. Thank you for working so hard and making us so proud.

✨ Looking ahead to September… our Acro programme is now almost fully booked! We are beyond grateful for the support our Acro Department continues to receive. If you’ve been thinking about joining the Studio 74 family, we highly recommend booking a trial as soon as possible before the remaining spaces are gone.

Where to begin…

On 26th June 2026, we came together for the second @empowerherbromley charity event, raising just shy of £6,000 for @selmindcharity 🩵

But if I’m honest, this evening was about so much more than the money we raised.

It was about what happens when a group of women decide to back each other completely. It was about community, connection, and the incredible power of a collective of women choosing courage over comfort.

I am so unbelievably proud to call this my dance company, but even more proud to call each and every one of these sensational, inspiring and ridiculously brave women my friends.

Dance has this incredible way of setting you free. It asks you to be vulnerable. To take up space. To let go of the idea that you have to be perfect before you’re worthy of being seen.

Every woman who stepped onto that stage felt the nerves. Every single one of us questioned ourselves at some point. But bravery isn’t the absence of fear, it’s feeling every ounce of it and choosing to do it anyway.

That’s what this was. It was saying, “f**k it” to perfection.

It was embracing the missed steps (although tbh quite frankly we killed it!) the laughter, the tears, the shaky moments, the loud moments, the quiet moments, and every beautifully imperfect part of ourselves.

Because dance isn’t about getting every move right. It’s about feeling. It’s about freedom. It’s about expressing who you are without apology.

Watching these women lift each other up, celebrate one another, and shine without competition reminded me exactly why EmpowerHer exists. There is nothing more powerful than women who know there is room for all of us to succeed, to grow, and to take up space.

To everyone who performed, volunteered, donated, cheered us on, and supported us in any way… thank you. You helped create something truly special.

Here’s to being brave. Here’s to feeling the fear and doing it anyway. Here’s to saying yes before we’re ready, dancing like nobody’s judging, and celebrating every beautifully imperfect version of ourselves.

Together, we really are unstoppable. 🤍🖤
