I’m at the tail end of two years of study 😮‍💨 and now we’re in crunch time. Assessment 2 of 3 underway. Ground floor complete, deck and second floor coming right up… I’m loving seeing the combinations of materials being used in the space - stone, microcement, timber, tiles, textured materials, we have it all. The scheme selected by my “client” (Tim, lol), was Urban Retreat. Thoughts? Would you feel like you’re in a residential version of an “urban retreat” if you stepped into this space? 🏡🌴 #studiosonus #interiordesign #finalassessment by @studio__domus

The latest issue of @bellemagazineau features a cover that is AI generated. It’s been hotly debated all over the socials - what are your thoughts? Should this issue have featured stunning work by a legitimate designer, showcasing what it means to be a designer today? Or do you think AI is the way forward…? 🤔 #interiordesign #aidesign #studiodomus by @studio__domus

The coming together of a laundry design in a narrow space. Love the use of various materials that may not always be seen together, the textures and colours just tell so much more of a story. Thinking a red tile would also be cute instead of the green…? ❤️ #interiordesign #studiodomus #sketchup #laundrydesign #renovation by @studio__domus

So, what’s my style…? Great question, I hope you can answer it for me 😂 I’ll give you a little run down on what I love - colours, texture, noble materials and that unexpected “je ne sais quoi”. Give me a bold pattern, raw concrete, sustainably sourced timber and a piece of marble. I’d be a happy girl. The main catalyst though will be warmth - I’m a true believer of beautiful lighting, contrasted with tones full of “feels”.
So it’s my first real post (heyo), and I guess I’ll just keep building from here, to show you how my mind works in this beautiful area of design… to kick off, here’s a few squares that I lust over to get you familiar with what you can expect to see…🤍 Watch this space 📷 #interiordesign by @studio__domus
