Creatorled content is no longer just a marketing format. It has become a response to a broader shift: as AI generated content scales, authenticity and real human context are becoming key drivers of performance for brands.

What audiences respond to today is not just content volume, but content that feels real, grounded and trustworthy.
This is where production becomes the real challenge.

At Chérie Content Studio, we support brands with UGC Operations: the infrastructure behind large-scale creator-led campaigns.

This includes talent scouting and management, art direction and quality assessment, logistics and production coordination.
Originally developed through our collaboration with Zalando, the system was built to handle high-volume creator output at scale; delivering over 1,400 videos in
three months and resulting in measurable improvements in conversion rate and GMV.

Today, we work with brands and agencies that need to operationalise creator campaigns reliably and consistently, without losing control over quality or execution.

Our role is to act as the production layer behind creator-led content.Based in Berlin, we operate within one of Europe’s most international creative ecosystems: where global brands, production teams and creators converge daily.
This perspective shapes how we build workflows: fast, cross-border, and designed for scale.

In this new hybrid workflow, Chérie Content Studio starts with what is real: your product, shot in our Studios in Berlin.
From there, we build Al-generated environments and visual extensions that allow campaigns to scale beyond physical sets.
It’s a production process that combines traditional studio photography with new creative tools: all handled in-house, from concept, logistic to final output.
