A tiny keepsake for a very special new beginning. 🍓

Arno asked me to create this leather bag charm as a gift for his girlfriend Lore, to celebrate the birth of their daughter, Mado.

The little strawberry is inspired by Mado’s birth announcement, with the colours carefully matched to its playful design. And of course, her name had to find its way onto it too.
A small piece, but one with a whole lot of meaning. ❤️

Custom-made for Nova.

The original card holder for her Volvo key card had reached the end of its life. Worn out, but still something she used every day.

Instead of replacing it with another standard holder, I designed one around her needs. A slim leather sleeve for the key card, with an additional pocket for everyday cards.

Made from the finest Italian leathers, finished with her initials, and crafted to be used for years to come.

Sometimes a bespoke piece isn’t about reinventing something. It’s about making an everyday object just right. ❤️

Herstelling van een Delvaux Brillant.   Een erfstuk, getekend door jarenlang gebruik. Slecht onderhouden, diep gekrast, losse stikkingen en een volledig versleten handvat.
 Ooit werd er al eens een herstelling uitgevoerd aan de binnenzijde van de flap, maar zonder veel zorg gedaan.

Deze tas vroeg om een grondige aanpak:
een volledige kleurrestauratie, nieuwe kantverf, nieuwe versteviging en een volledig nieuw handvat met nieuwe beklede studs. Een intensief proces, uitgevoerd met respect voor het originele stuk.

Dankbaar voor het vertrouwen en héél tevreden om deze tas nieuw leven te kunnen geven. ❤️

Restoration of a Delvaux Brillant.

An heirloom, marked by years of use. Poorly maintained, deeply scratched, with loose stitching and a completely worn handle.
 At some point, a repair was attempted on the inside of the flap, but without much care.

This piece called for a thorough approach: a full colour restoration, new edge paint, renewed reinforcement, and a completely new handle with newly covered studs. An intensive process, carried out with respect for the original piece.

Grateful for the trust and very pleased to bring this bag back to life. ❤️
