A garden full of flowers, a table full of light ✨

Hundreds of candles, thousands of petals.
This is what a dream dinner looks like.

Would you sit here until midnight? 🥂

When an event ends, GMC’s work doesn’t stop. 🔄

A new phase begins: collecting all the equipment, bringing it back to the warehouse, washing it, checking it and preparing everything for the next event.

Behind every event is a process built on logistics, organization and attention to every detail.

Because our work doesn’t end when the guests leave. It ends when everything is ready again.

Studio GMC — First Class Events.

What goes on behind the scenes of Studio GMC? 👀

Behind every event, there’s work that few people get to see.

Plates, glasses and equipment must be washed, checked, organized and carefully prepared for the next event.

That’s where the daily work of Studio GMC comes in: organization, attention to detail and operational expertise.

Because the quality of an event starts long before the guests arrive.

Studio GMC — First Class Events.

From U.S.A to Puglia, with love. 🤍✨

Andrea and Ken traveled from the U.S.A. to the heart of Puglia to celebrate their love.

A celebration where timeless Italian elegance met their unmistakable spirit.

An intimate atmosphere, refined details, candlelit tables beneath the stars, emotional moments, and an evening filled with laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories.

From the most romantic moments to an energetic celebration, every detail reflected their personalities and the beauty of their love story.

Because a wedding celebration should be so much more than simply beautiful. It should completely and wonderfully reflect YOU.

Thank you, Andrea and Ken, for bringing your love and energy to Puglia. ❤️

A space designed to make an impact. ✨

For this event at Palaflorio in Bari, we created a sophisticated setting where lighting, furniture and carefully curated details come together to shape the atmosphere.

Every element was designed to complement the experience and give the venue a distinctive identity.

We design spaces. We create experiences.

When the guest list is intentionally small, every space becomes part of the experience. That is why choosing a venue is about much more than finding a beautiful setting.

The right venue should have the right spots for every moment of the wedding.

A welcoming space for the ceremony.
A different setting for the aperitivo.
A place where dinner can feel intimate and convivial.
A corner for cutting the cake.
And spaces where the couple can step away for a quiet moment, away from the celebration.

With an intimate wedding, there is no need for grand spaces just for the sake of it.

What matters is having spaces that create the right atmosphere, follow the rhythm of the day and allow every moment to have its own identity.

Behind every great event, there’s a team.

From tables and seating to table settings, equipment and the smallest details, creating a successful event takes much more than what meets the eye.

At Studio GMC, every element is coordinated, organized and ready when it matters.

Just like in sport, great results are built together.
