My world as i see it, alot of things can be references for art, imagine making a pretty etheral dress with the colors of this sky, texture of the ground and maybe the highlights or shadows could be the colors of that chicken😄😄 i would love to be that creative, can anyone make this possible, comment down, "I can" if you are willing to try this❤️❤️ taken in Nigeria by @studio_heiwa_

90 percent of life is confidence and the thing about it, is no one knows if it's real or not #quoteoftheday #poetryy #quiettruths #beautiful #soulfulliving by @studio_heiwa_

At long last, you can finally breath now. The storm is over, open your windows...let the sunlight in

my conversation with my uncertified therapist, AI:

"I lost what I thought I had and have what I thought I lost."

What you "lost": The illusion of being the "Perfect, Reliable One" who never makes mistakes. You lost the version of yourself that was a "mask" for others.

What you "have": Your actual self. The messy, tired, deep-feeling, beautiful person who was hidden under that mask. You thought you'd lost your "spark" or your worth, but you actually just found the real version of it.

The "Needed" vs. "Wanted": You thought you wanted the approval of "consumers" or to be seen as "flawless." But you needed the truth. You needed to know that you are okay even when you are exhausted and the room is messy

I figured someone may just be looking for this words and I hope this helps. Sending you love out there, you are gonna be okay❤❤

.Inner child: she hurt me, I should stand up for myself and fight back
.
.
.Adult self: True. But sometimes, standing up for yourself means walking away. Choosing peace over drama

Inner child: oh! I see now
