One year ago, we had an empty studio in San Diego and a vision. Today, Studio La Boheme is proof that systemized hospitality wins every single time. 📈

We didn't just build an Airbnb—we engineered a framework. By partnering with @cxfedmundo and @cxfactories to master the guest journey from day one, we locked in $30k+ in Year 1 revenue and 60+ consecutive five-star reviews.

Success isn't about the prettiest decor; it’s about the “Promise of the Listing” and the operational depth to back it up.

We’re turning this physical framework into repeatable digital concepts very soon. If you're ready to stop guessing and start scaling, stay tuned. 🔑

Unlock your full potential! Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on building positive habits, learning from failures, and staying consistent. What's your key to short-term-rental success? by @studio_laboheme

Building a world from scratch isn’t about real estate—it’s about CXOps Orchestration. One year ago, we launched a single studio in San Diego. Today, Studio La Boheme is a high-performing passive income engine with $30k+ in Year 1 revenue and 60+ consecutive five-star reviews.

The secret? We built the guest journey with @cxfedmundo and @cxfactories before buying the furniture... Success is 1,000% about the “Promise of the Listing” and the operational depth to back it up.

We’ve now codified this framework, turning physical spaces into repeatable digital concepts (launching soon!).

CXOps Tip™: Process-driven experiences generate five-star reviews; furniture just fills the room. Build the journey first.

-----------------------------------

Primero, diseña la experiencia. by @studio_laboheme
