COMMISSION

Following on from the success of the wedding invitations, I was tasked by the bride and groom to design a T-shirt for the wedding party.

Using icons and design elements from the original design, the garment was created in a way that could be used beyond the wedding events, to avoid single use.

Text, the lighthouse and sea scape on the back of the design.

A very fun project!

The original invitation formed the base of the garment design. by @studio_lilow

Day 100/100!!!! 🌞

Genuinely feel a bit emotional!

For the past 100 days, I’ve brought a little sunshine to my life and drawn a different version of the sun on 100 little squares of paper!

I wanted to do this challenge to test myself creatively but it has given me so much more than that! Taking a few minutes out of my day to draw these sunshines has given me lovely moments of calm. I’ve loved all the suggestions of designs and songs from friends and family, and the support from everyone following along!

I hope it’s brought a little sunshine to your days 🌞

Day 99/100 🌞

Feels very fitting that the sunshine project is coming to an end just as the evenings start to get a little more gloomy and the flat starts to feel a little less sunny and a little more cosy!

Can’t believe tomorrow is the last day of this project!

Day 96/100 🌞

I’m away from my sunshine wall visiting my sister and her family! Luckily her kitchen is the perfect sunshine yellow for a sunny background!
