Madness returns when the world burns. ❤️🔥

With temperatures being absolutely insane right now, I thought this would be the perfect day to post this fiery Alice: Madness Returns shot.

This cosplay was a birthday gift from my best friend @makanicosplay last year. When I saw the sets at Studio Morgo, I immediately knew that this version of Alice would fit perfectly. The dramatic lighting, flying cards, and flames turned out exactly the way I had imagined.

Huge thanks to @bbx_photography for creating these incredible photos and bringing this chaotic Wonderland atmosphere to life.

Some characters never really leave you.
Hatsune Miku was my very first cosplay. I don't even remember if it was 2008 or 2009 anymore, but I do remember being a teenager with absolutely no idea about wigs, makeup, styling, or photography. Back then I was just excited to wear a costume of a character I loved.

Looking at this photo now feels a little surreal.
It's been almost two decades since I first cosplayed Miku, and while I'm still learning every day, I can definitely see how much has changed. Not just my skills, but also the way I approach cosplay, photography, and storytelling.

When I discovered the sets at Studio Morgo,
I instantly knew I wanted to bring Miku back.

The neon lights, the haze, the futuristic atmosphere—it reminded me of the hologram concerts and virtual idol aesthetic that made so many of us fall in love with Vocaloid in the first place.

This shoot turned out exactly how I imagined it, and honestly, that's one of the best feelings as a cosplayer.

Vocaloid will always have a special place in my heart, and Miku will always be the character that started this journey for me. 💙

The prequels are so dear to me and I used to love looking up the deleted scenes so much, I actually forgot this green devoré gown only makes it into the final cut for about 2 full seconds.
