A surprise 60th birthday picnic for my Dad. 🤍✨

From the custom T-shirts and fabric draping to the backdrop and every little detail, this setup was designed and created by me with so much love.

But let’s talk about the reality behind the scenes… the wind was my biggest enemy. 😂 It completely won the battle with the silk tablecloth, so I eventually had to give up trying to keep those perfect pleats in place and work with what Mother Nature gave me. Not to forget how many times I had to adjust the fabric backdrop 😅

Looking back, I’d also have used two of the same rugs instead of mixing them. The second rug was beautiful, but two matching rugs would have given the setup a more balanced, luxurious finish.

That’s the thing about creating outdoor events. You can plan every detail, but sometimes you have to adapt, trust your creativity, and make it work.

Seeing my Dad’s reaction made every late night, every adjustment, and every challenge completely worth it. 🤍

Here’s to creating beautiful memories, imperfections and all. 🌿✨ by @studiodomingoevents

✨ The London Oratory School Gala Ball ✨

A bespoke balloon and draped backdrop installation created for a special evening of celebration, community and fundraising at Fulham Pier.

Designed in the school colours, this installation combined luxury draping, organic balloon styling and metallic accents to create a striking focal point for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Every event begins with a vision, and it was a privilege to bring this one to life.

Thank you to The London Oratory School for trusting Studio Domingo Events to be part of such a wonderful occasion.

✨ So excited to finally share the concept for my son’s Year 6 leavers party 💫

I’ve absolutely loved being involved in planning this special celebration and bringing all the ideas together. From the “Memories in the Sky” display to the welcome sign and décor details, it’s all starting to feel so real 🥹🎈

This chapter is coming to an end, but what a beautiful way to celebrate all the friendships, memories, and milestones they’ve made along the way. I honestly can’t wait to see everything come to life over the next couple of weeks 🤍

Here’s to making it a night they’ll always remember ✨

A special baby shower setup designed with a soft, timeless blue toile theme 🤍🩵

The brief was simple, create something elegant, personal, and unforgettable.
With full creative freedom, I curated every detail from concept through to execution.

Working closely behind the scenes, I created a personalised mock-up design to help bring the vision to life before the day. This allowed every element to feel intentional, cohesive, and beautifully elevated.

From the statement easel display to the soft balloon styling and refined table decor, every detail was designed to create a calm, luxurious atmosphere.

Personalised mock-up designs are available upon request as a bespoke, chargeable service ✨

If you’re looking to create something truly special, I’d love to bring your vision to life 🤍

Soft, refined and intentionally designed 🤍

This setup was created for a very special surprise,
where I was given full creative control and complete autonomy to bring the vision to life.

I worked closely behind the scenes to create a personalised mock-up for the client, helping him visualise every detail and feel confident in the design before the day.

Moments like this are where I do my best work ✨

With trust comes the freedom to design with purpose,
layering soft tones, delicate florals and considered details to create something that feels effortless, elevated and truly bespoke.

No templates. No shortcuts.
Just thoughtful design, tailored to each client and each moment.

For those who value attention to detail, creativity and a luxury finish…
you’ve met your person ✨

It’s always the smallest details that make the biggest difference.

Every balloon, every placement, every finishing touch is done with intention because that’s what transforms a setup from simple to truly elevated.

I’ve always had a strong attention to detail, making sure every design feels seamless, refined and beautifully put together.

Nothing is ever rushed. Nothing is ever random.

This is where luxury lives ✨
