Lighting: A key element of design

In addition to the layout & configuration of physical space, the importance of both artistic/sculptural form, effective lighting design & acoustic considerations are an essential part of ‘mood engineering’ an interior environment.

Why is good lighting design essential?

💡 Architectural detail – highlights, accents, volumes, textures, and materials.
💡 Creating ambience – warm, dynamic, or soothing - lighting helps shape our emotions.
💡 Optimising comfort – well-designed lighting enhances an interior environment and has a positive impact on peoples well-being.

💬 Our team works closely with the best lighting designers, to make the difference. Share your ideas in the comments! ⬇️

🏙️ Rejuvenate City Centre Living 🌿🏡

A lively city centre is more than just architecture & design—it’s about creating vibrant, accessible, and welcoming spaces!

✅ Public Spaces 🌳 – Parks, pedestrian zones & green areas
✅ Mixed-Use Development 🏡🛍️ – Integrated homes, shops, work & leisure integrated
✅ Culture & Community 🎭 – Events that bring people together & energise neighbourhoods
✅ Transport 🚆🚲 – Sustainable & accessible mobility for all
✅ Smart City Solutions💡– Technology to improve urban life

Whilst much of the focus is on the need for apartment living and affordable housing, there is a requirement to balance the construction of new properties with the effective conversion of existing buildings within our towns and cities.

🏗️ Converting existing buildings is a sustainable way to create affordable homes while revitalising urban areas.

📸 What a stunning view to wake up to each morning… ✨

🌊 Perched on the slopes of Howth Peninsula, this breathtaking seafront home was designed to make the most of its incredible surroundings.

Uninterrupted views over Dublin Bay, enable you to watch the ships come and go; spot the distant Kish Bank lighthouse and see the city lights twinkle at night.

Our work focused on enhancing the existing architecture to maximize light, space, and connection to the landscape—creating a home that feels as open and expansive as the view itself👀
