Things I would never do as a Home Stager.. Choose rugs that are too small for a space 🚫 - A rug should not look like a doormat. - Always size up and arrange your furniture on top of or slightly off centre Use spotlights/overhead lighting 💡 - lamps, lamps and more lamps - Spotlights and white neon lighting can be so overwhelming in a space and doesn’t create a flattering light, it just gives you a headache. Use lamps and softer lighting to create cosiness to your room. Style beige on beige on beige 🙃 - neutral doesn’t have to be boring. - just because you don’t love colour doesn’t mean you can’t add any interest to a room. Textures, prints, wood finishes, marble, stone, are all ways of bringing in elements that can add colour without being bold. Choose furniture too big for a room 🚫 - The amount of times I walk into an apartment or villa and all you can see is a huge corner sofa and nothing else Leave creases in bedding & fabrics 👀 - please, please, please iron your bedding and tablecloths. It sounds simple but I see it time and time again! - Nothing upsets me more than bedding with huge creases down the middle. It looks super messy and unprofessional. by @studioespy
The Reno Diaries - Ep 1 🏡 Are we mad? #renovation #pinteresthome #homerenovation #renodiaries by @studioespy
What we sourced vs how we styled it.. A cosy snug and a dressing room/office space was the brief from my clients. A mixture of some high end custom pieces & some high street finds create the perfect outcome 🪴 by @studioespy

S T U D I O E S P Y A little about me.. I took the plunge to launch my own interior design company a few months ago and the response has been so amazing ✨ I’m so grateful for the projects I have been apart of and for pursuing my love for interiors & styling. If you told me a year ago this is where I would be now, I would pinch myself. I feel like I 100% made the right decision to trust myself and go after what makes me happy 🤍 #homestaging #homestyling #interiordesign #dubaiinteriors #stylist by @studioespy
