15 years ago, after working at sought-after London and NYC firms, I launched my studio to create limited edition residences, connect directly with clients, and champion a revolutionary experience of home that supports not just the way they live, but 𝘸𝘩𝘰 they are.

Today, my firm works with high achieving HWNIs in NYC, Houston and beyond to design delusionally distinctive masterpieces that boost their experience, their equity, and their ego.

For this top-down renovation, we were inspired by the palazzos along Venice’s Grand Canal to design a calming, contemporary urban sanctuary for a young family. We curated limited-edition furnishings from around the world mixed with our own custom furniture and millwork designs to satisfy the clients’ discerning, adventurous tastes.

For the dining room, we looked to the scale and theater of the grand cathedrals of Gaudí and the Byzantine Empire, and the quiet, contemplative architecture of medieval monasteries with the aim to transform the routine of meals into a reverent and celebratory ritual.

We answered the client’s request for a showstopper chandelier that would draw attention from the street with a sculpture that evokes the atmospheric quality of an intricate stained glass window. Below it, a pedestal table of our own design stands like a monolithic altar.

In the primary suite, the white walls and a simple fireplace surround lacked any sense of place or personality and, against the client’s preferences, demanded the television sit conspicuously in full view.

We used geometric, metallic tile to surround the fireplace, creating a focal point on a wall of custom wardrobes designed to supplement the adjacent walk-in closet and disguise a television. You’ll never walk into your home and find one that looks like you if you do what the design industry tells you to do. The trade fairs and wholesale showrooms need every designer ordering the same sofa because their business model is based on volume. So you’ll fall for the illusion of choice they give you, while what they’re actually selling you is sameness.

No thanks.

I’m tired of watching people waste six figures on furnishings their designer will pitch to five other clients or that their neighbor can order in an afternoon.

You deserve to know what actually works, and that doesn’t include a run-of-the-mill, copy-and-paste, rinse-and-repeat catalog template with identical sofas in slightly different fabrics.

That’s rookie custom.

We only hit grand slams.
