@vang.studios is an architecture and interior design studio in Buenos Aires, founded by two architects, known for its commercial, retail, and gastronomy projects. The name comes from a mix of Big Bang and vanguard, understood as the origin of every creative act, energy, and the drive to move forward. From this idea, we developed the visual identity around the elemental concept of the atom as a generative system, where different elements orbit and reconnect, reflecting the studio’s interdisciplinary way of working. Building on this, we designed a flexible, adaptable visual language, a custom typographic alphabet derived from the same grid used for both the characters and the overall layouts of the identity, and a website as an extension of the brand. Link in bio. — Vang Studios es un estudio de arquitectura e interiorismo de Buenos Aires, fundado por dos arquitectos, conocido por sus proyectos comerciales, de retail y gastronómicos. El nombre surge de la mezcla entre Big Bang y vanguardia, entendidos como el origen de todo acto creativo, la energía y el impulso de avanzar. A partir de esto, desarrollamos la identidad visual alrededor del concepto elemental del átomo como sistema generativo, donde distintos elementos orbitan y se reconectan, reflejando la forma interdisciplinaria de trabajar del estudio. Sobre esta base, diseñamos un lenguaje visual flexible y adaptable, un alfabeto tipográfico a medida derivado de la misma grilla que se utilizó tanto para los caracteres como para los layouts generales de la identidad, y un sitio web como extensión de la marca. Our take on @saigonbuenosaires visual identity and website redesign, a creative casting studio specializing in talent casting and production for film, advertising, fashion, and special projects. We reinterpreted their existing logo, originally based on an origami figure, giving it a new visual expression while preserving its core idea. Working with an extensive and constantly evolving talent database, Saigon responds quickly to a wide range of formats and briefs, combining in-person and remote casting methods to adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows. Reinterpretamos su logo existente, originalmente basado en una figura de origami, dándole una nueva expresión y síntesis sin perder su idea central. Con una base de talentos extensa y en constante actualización, Saigon responde con agilidad a una amplia variedad de formatos y briefs, combinando métodos de casting presenciales y remotos para adaptarse a nuevas herramientas, tecnologías y flujos de trabajo. Argentina es un país de enorme diversidad cultural y natural. Es un territorio de glaciares, selvas, esteros, volcanes, llanuras, pastizales, desiertos, bosques y montañas. Un territorio inmenso donde conviven algunos de los paisajes y ecosistemas más diversos del continente, una riqueza que vale la pena conocer y proteger. Quizás alguna vez recorriste una ruta argentina y te cruzaste con un cartel azul con una R. Ese símbolo es parte de la identidad visual de La Ruta Natural, un programa federal del entonces Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes de la Nación que reúne 17 regiones naturales para promover el turismo de naturaleza en todo el país, con el apoyo de @el_bid . Junto a un equipo fantástico, tuvimos la oportunidad de desarrollar la identidad visual y el website del programa. Desde su lanzamiento, más de 1,5 millones de personas visitaron el sitio para conocer más sobre Argentina y planificar sus viajes. Explorá el proyecto completo en nuestra web. It is a territory of glaciers, rainforests, wetlands, volcanoes, plains, grasslands, deserts, forests and mountains. An immense territory where some of the continent’s most diverse landscapes and ecosystems coexist, a natural heritage worth discovering and protecting. Perhaps you’ve been lucky enough to travel along an Argentine road and come across a blue sign marked with an R. That symbol is part of the visual identity of La Ruta Natural, a federal program developed by what was then the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Argentina that brings together 17 natural regions to promote nature-based tourism across the country, with support from the Inter-American Development Bank. Together with a fantastic team, we had the opportunity to develop the program’s visual identity and website. Since its launch, more than 1.5 million people have visited the site to learn more about Argentina and plan their trips. No solemos compartir mucho de los procesos y las ideas detrás de las ilustraciones, pero creemos que este lo amerita (prometemos hacerlo más seguido). El universo del Indio es tan inmenso que resulta imposible condensarlo en una sola etiqueta. Para esta ilustración intentamos tejer fragmentos de esa estética, esa ética y ese imaginario que nos marcó desde chicos y que sigue siendo constitutivo de nuestra manera de mirar y pensar. Solos y de Noche es la nueva IPA de @strangebrewin , y tuvimos el enorme placer de ilustrarla. · · · We don’t usually share much about the process and thinking behind our illustrations, but this one felt worth it (and we promise we’ll do it more often). Indio Solari’s universe is so vast that it’s impossible to capture it in a single label. For this illustration, we tried to weave together fragments of that aesthetic, that ethos, and that imagery that shaped us from an early age and continues to shape the way we see and think. For over 15 years @rewilding_argentina has worked to reverse the species extinction crisis and restore complex, functional ecosystems. They brought us in to develop an editorial system and the website for one of their most important initiatives in the south of our country, Proyecto Patagonia Azul. · · · Desde hace más de 15 años, Rewilding Argentina trabaja para revertir la crisis de extinción de especies y para recuperar ecosistemas complejos y funcionales. We created the visual identity and packaging to position Mingo as fresh & modern, inspired by Italy’s aperitivo culture. · · · Mingo fue una de las primeras marcas de hard seltzer desarrolladas para el mercado argentino. Lanzada por Grupo Peñaflor, uno de los principales grupos vitivinícolas del país. The latest pizza boxes we designed for @tognispizza , the pizzeria Máximo Togni built out of his love for New York-style pizza. The pepperoni inspired us to create a dachshund character for the brand (also one of Máximo’s favorite dogs), starring here in new adventures. Always aiming for boxes that are hard to throw away. · · · Las últimas cajas que diseñamos para @tognispizza , la pizzería que Máximo Togni creó a partir de su amor por la pizza estilo Nueva York. La presencia del pepperoni nos inspiró a pensar un personaje con forma de perro salchicha (que además es de los perros favoritos de Máximo), y que acá protagoniza nuevas aventuras. Siempre intentando que sean cajas muy difíciles de tirar a la basura. by @studiopatria

Few symbols say “look at this” like an exclamation mark. That made it the perfect starting point for CICLOPE ( @ciclopefestival ), the festival that puts the spotlight on the best craft in advertising, film, and entertainment, held annually in Berlin with editions across Latin America and Asia Pacific. We redesigned their whole visual identity and brand guidelines around that single gesture, the exclamation mark turned cyclops, a symbol for the act of awarding itself. by @studiopatria

We designed the whole identity system for Togni’s Café ( @togniscafe ), a Buenos Aires café and viennoiserie founded by Argentine chef Máximo Togni. It grew out of his passion for baking, shaped by years in the United States and frequent time in Paris. Built to coexist within the Togni’s world while owning its own character. A softer, more refined tone, with a Parisian take on the dachshund mascot and a restrained palette, always applied with precision and curiosity across packaging and in store. Few breweries treat a beer can like a canvas but Strange Brewing ( @strangebrewin ) always has. For Un Pasito para Atrás, a hazy NEIPA, we designed a label built as a love letter to our Argentine culture staged in the spirit of Sgt. Pepper’s and rendered inside Strange’s universe of anthropomorphic raccoons. One more piece in a visual world that now spans 70+ can designs and counting. by @studiopatria

Brand identity for MIRIMAR ( @mirimarus ), a Los Angeles creative agency working across advertising and entertainment. The system is rooted in the founders’ Australian origins. The sea, the light, the street where they grew up. That memory of sunlight on water became the lens for how they read the industry. The logomark distills a pair of binoculars, always looking with intention, focusing on what’s worth seeing.
