NO-SHOWS — PLEASE READ 🤍

We need to have a little chat about no-shows.

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved specifically for you. For a colour appointment, that can mean 3–4+ hours blocked out in our day.

When someone simply doesn’t turn up, we don’t just have an empty chair — we lose the income from that entire appointment, often with no opportunity to fill the space.

And unfortunately, the bills don’t stop because someone didn’t show.

We still have wages to pay, super, rent, electricity, products, insurance and all the other costs that come with running a small business and employing a team.

Our staff have turned up to work. We’ve prepared for your appointment. And in many cases, we’ve said no to another client because that time was already booked.

We completely understand that life happens. Kids get sick, emergencies happen and sometimes things are genuinely out of your control. We will always have compassion for that.

But not showing up and not contacting us is not okay.l!

Even a quick phone call or message gives us the opportunity to try to fill your appointment or rearrange our day.

Please remember that behind every small business are real people, real families and real wages that need to be paid.

Moving forward, our no-show and cancellation policy will be hard enforced. This isn’t about punishing anyone — it’s about protecting our business, our team and their time.

And to the huge majority of our beautiful clients who always show up, give us notice when plans change and respect our time — thank you. 🤍

If you’ve been told your hair goals aren’t possible, Zoe will help create a plan to get you there. 💚

🌿 HALEY
With almost 6 years experience Your go-to girl for lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional colour, weft extension specialist and those soft, bouncy curls that make you feel like you’ve walked straight out of a photoshoot. ✨

🌿 SOMMA
Our gorgeous 1st Year Apprentice.
Book in for a $25 Wash & Blowdry and experience what might just be the BEST head massage you’ve ever had in a salon. Seriously… people come back just for the massage. 😍

Ohh this transformation was something else!! So obsessed!!

We did a big chop and did a shag cut with a dark chocolate brown global colour with some peekaboo blonde splices in the sides for something different! I love when my ladies let me get creative!! 🤤🤤🤤🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Refresh colour on my honey! ❤️‍🔥

She wanted a deeper all over colour and a thicker money piece. Obviously where it was her natural colour it lifted beautifully, but the artificial colour will need redoing. But we were able retry happy with the results after the 1st lightening.
When going from a level 4 to platinum blonde keeping the integrity of the hair…… well Rome wasn’t built in a day!! 😘🫶🙌 by @studiosage20
