The devil is in the details!

A double-sided sofa becomes more than just seating, with its central detail doubling as a shelf and side table, bringing function into the composition. Perforated wood and sleek timber detailing add a quiet Japandi influence, while minimal decor keeps the piece clean and considered.

Sometimes, it’s one piece that brings an entire space together.

Art, expressed through material and craft!

Across the homes, art takes on different forms.
Each medium introduces its own texture, character and visual rhythm, creating moments of interest across bedrooms, living spaces and balconies.

Thoughtfully placed throughout the home, these artworks create a layered and curated expression of contemporary living.

Framed by nature!

The reception opens towards the central green space, with the trees in the landscape becoming a natural focal point.

A porous, vertically slatted screen gently divides the spaces while maintaining a sense of connection, while the coffered ceiling adds depth and definition overhead.

Together, the layered elements create an arrival that feels open, grounded, and connected to the landscape.

The floor melts. The walls warm. The light lingers.

For @drinkalpaca , palette was composed straight from the cup: cocoa dust, earth and oat milk in textured subway tiles, grounded by a microcement floor that ripples like chocolate mid-pour.

Proof that the most memorable spaces are the ones you can almost taste.

The marketing office is conceived as a minimal sculptural shell that encapsulates and frames the central green space.

At its heart, the sculptural sofa grounds the space, establishing a central focal point and anchoring the surrounding movement, while the coffered ceiling adds depth and rhythm to the volume.

The overall approach remains minimal and intentional, allowing form, volume and greenery to define the experience.

Quiet palettes and sculptural forms!

Lighter tones visually open up the dining spaces, creating a sense of volume and allowing the interiors to feel bright, airy and expansive.

With storage playing an essential role in city living, it is seamlessly integrated into the design, not only to maximise functionality, but also to form an elegant backdrop to the dining space.

The result is a space that feels carefully curated yet effortlessly functional, where every element serves both an aesthetic and practical purpose.

A quiet corner, designed for slowing down!

The showflats embrace a minimal, neutral design language, bringing together the understated calm of Japandi with the richness of Indian artforms.

Functional interventions throughout the mock-up unit demonstrate how every corner can be thoughtfully used, helping potential buyers envision the possibilities of their future home.

The compact nook transforms an otherwise overlooked corner into an intimate retreat for a quiet read, an unhurried conversation, or simply a pause in the day.

This project brings together a marketing office and a series of show flats, each similarly designed but shaped by a distinctly different art direction.

A Japandi-inspired approach keeps the interiors warm yet pared back, allowing the landscape and sculptural furniture to take centre stage. At its centre, a lush green courtyard becomes the heart of the space - bringing light, air and a sense of calm into the experience.

Designed as a preview of what follows, the marketing office sets the tone for a series of show flats that explore texture, art and materiality in quieter, more considered ways.

Some legacies deserve a new home.

Before 33 & Brew, there was Record Room.

A space that quietly built a community around vinyl, listening sessions and a shared love for music. Rather than leaving that story behind, we wanted to carry it forward.

Record Room Vol. 1 is a flexible private space that houses the original vinyl collection, carefully preserved by the same ownership group. More than a display, it's a tribute to the culture, conversations and memories that shaped what came before.

For those who remember the original Record Room, it feels familiar. For those discovering it for the first time, it's an invitation to become part of its next chapter.

Some collections are meant to be displayed. This one was meant to be experienced.

Some spaces deserve their own soundtrack. At @33andbrew in Whitefield, vinyl isn’t a theme—it’s the soul of the space. Designed by @studiotaan India’s first vinyl-themed microbrewery brings together the energy of a brew park with the intimacy of a listening room, turning structural columns into music hubs and corners into moments of discovery. From deep red accents and vintage records to craft beer and a thoughtfully curated menu by @sabygorai, every detail feels considered. Photographed by @shamanthpatilphotography, 33 & Brew is where music, design, food and conversation find their rhythm. Come for the beer, stay for the soundtrack—and leave with a new favourite song. taken in Bangalore, India by @studiotaan
