sharing what you make always feels inherently scary and vulnerable at first, so i’ve been procrastinating this for a while - but after several nudges from friends, mentors, fellow makers and the universe itself ꩜, i feel like it’s time to kick off this new chapter of my life: the one where i craft and create (a lot), as well as crash out and cry (a lot less - but still - it’s part of the process) and i hope to take you with me on this journey. ★
__
a bit over two years ago i quit my job in copywriting to do what my heart had always wanted me to do: create. i have been and still am learning the craft of goldsmithing and have not only found immense joy in working with my hands, but also a feeling of coming home to what i was meant to do all along. i‘ve started this account to share my work, the process behind it and my journey of growing into this new label ~artist. even though my medium has changed, writing will always be how i make sense of the world.
for this new chapter, i hope to create pieces that feel like poetry for the body. i can‘t wait to keep doing what i love, telling stories in silver and hopefully becoming part of yours along the way. <3
