Join us for our group show HAVEN ☁️

Three artists completed the Studio Program and have created all new bodies of work to share with you 💫

This year, the group chose to work around the theme of *safe space* and each artist explored that idea in their own way. 🧠

Come and give your brain a chance to rest in the safety of our HAVEN show at @pawpaw_house on Thursday, July 30th 📅

We did some woodworking in the studio tonight!! Some of the works on paper that the artists have made this year are going to be displayed on cradled wood panel so we are working together to get those made. I love having the studio full of artists, working on projects together. Thank you @jewelsbyjenay @cameron__omega @buxombambi 🧡🧡🧡. Who would be interested in a woodworking workshop -FOR BEGINNERS??? by @studiovwazen

Artist appreciation post for @cameron__omega 🧡 Cameron was one of the four talented artists that were invited to share the studio space at Vwazen this spring and as our three months of collaboration and creativity comes to an end, I just gotta say how honored I am to have worked alongside him. This is a person who will show up, follow through and even surpass expectations. Cameron is kind, thoughtful, generous, funny, and the list goes on. If you get a chance to work with Cam, don’t let the opportunity pass you by. And speaking of “buy”, this artist has lots of amazing work for sale at very reasonable prices so reach out to @cameron__omega and see about adding a piece to your collection 💫 by @studiovwazen

It’s possible to be loud and proud, yet calm and peaceful at the same time, right? I believe so. Bitch - term is used negatively with black women specifically, but my interpretation is.. powerful, spiritually whole, beauty, and calm within self. Quiet storm if you will.
