Quick warm up drill for all my shooters. This drill has a few focuses. First we want to sit into a dogging position with our stick at what I call the 2 position (at the hips). Then we jump backwards and get all of our weight on our back leg and get our hands up to the 3 position (stick high and hands back). Last part is to transfer all of that weight into the front leg and follow through. #trainingisfun #studyuplax #shootersgottashoot #hardworkpaysoffs #denverlacrosse by @studyuplax

Had a blast teaching the @tphdenverco hockey players lacrosse this week. Not only is experiencing a different sport amazing for any athlete’s development but it’s always fun to see people enjoy the game and be creative.
