OK y’all I bought a big lot of (mostly) sealed up bias tape like a decade ago and it was very vintage then. I have no idea how old any of it is but a lot of it’s 100% cotton and a lot is cotton poly blend. Do we think that I’m cool to use this or are we even worried about anything like fabric dry rot or whatever? Y’all let me know what you think! This is a representative sample. I have probably three times this many packs. by @stuffjoysews

Y’all. I got my charm pack in of LoFi Linen by @iamrashidacolemanhale today. If you haven’t seen this collection in person, then you have NO idea how good this fabric looks. It’s so beautiful the way the 15% linen in the blend mixes those linen textures with the kiss of neon in almost every print. I have absolutely no idea how to choose which fabric to get from this collection when it drops. I have half bundle dreams with a handful of FQs budget. Y’all know exactly what I’m talking about right?

So I bought this bag 2nd hand, because Chip, Buffalo Plaid & lots of pockets ✅✅✅. Realistically I need a bigger bag than this so I was thinking-what if this bag becomes the front of a mini backpack or a sling? Tiny lug bag in front, waxed canvas or bonded nylon in the back? Who does this kind of upcycling content? My searches are coming up empty. by @stuffjoysews

Ok, fabric friends-I need your help! I decoupaged some of this GORGEOUS @tulapink fabric to thrift store china and am absolutely in love with it. I took a picture, then made the mistake of zooming in. Y’all. I have sealed in a strand of my hair (it’s been falling out like crazy lately due to perimenopause, but I digress). Can anyone with some modpodge project experience step in and tell me if there is a way to fix this or if I have just sealed my DNA in for my great great grandkids to clone me? by @stuffjoysews

Not sewing related, but I love my cat. I’ve had a lot of cats over the years, but other than the oh so minor fact that he doesn’t understand the concept of claws and regularly shreds me up when he’s happy, Powder Sugar Funnel Cake (Sugar) is close to the perfect pet. by @stuffjoysews
