This might be the most authentic barbacoa you’ll find in Houston. 🤯🐑🇲🇽 We visited Tres Chiles to try their Hidalgo-style lamb barbacoa, slow-cooked underground for over 18 hours in maguey leaves, and it was absolutely worth the drive.
