This painting “All the balance” is incredibly special to me. An painting that gave me so much and with which I moved so much technologically and thinking. The painting is now at the collector in Vienna. So pleased ✨

One of my favorite paintings, titled, “ They are atrcated to purity “ 70 cm x 100 cm acrilyc on canvas • 2024 • is about the symbolist vocabulary of lines that converge toward a point, toward a long, empty line. It is as if, from a state of fullness, they slowly become emptied and connect to this empty line, which is light and somehow draws them toward the place where they are heading and where they want to be.

It is a metaphor for a certain longing for lightness of being to perhaps become emptied, lighter. taken in Prague, Czech Republic by @stuk_art

I really love and enjoy the northern light in my studio. It’s something I regularly make use of when I paint, and that beautiful, soft, diffused northern light is just stunning. Together with the view, it creates an amazing atmo and vibe for concentrate and wonderful conditions for works there ! taken in Prague, Czech Republic by @stuk_art

My painting “ Complication” 150 cm x 120 cm acrylic on canvas 2023, is a particularly significant and important painting for me because it brings together two layers created at different moments in time. The blue spray-painted layer was made several years earlier, while the orange gesture was added later using an acrylic squeegee.

The title refers to the moment when the gesture becomes tangled and complicated within the layers. I’m interested in how this complication draws the viewer’s eye. When things move smoothly and perfectly, we often barely notice them. But the moment something becomes complicated, it captures our attention. Complication explores this fascination with disruption and the way complexity activates human perception.

The artwork is currently in the private collection.

From the “At the Collector” section:

Bratislava•Vienna•Venice•Prague•Bratislava•Copenhagen•Vienna•Bratislava•Bad Soden am Tanus • Bratislava • Furth im wald • ( Locations )

I am immensely grateful for your support and your continued interest in collecting art and paintings, and in this way supporting culture, the lives of artists, and their careers.

Every day, I try to carry this gratitude with me, and to live and create in my studio with reverence and humility.

Thank you for that. I truly appreciate it!

Prague is Love, and everyone knows it! Love is also my studio, where I create my current work. Add to that the view over the city and the peace that surrounds the place, and it becomes the perfect environment where new paintings come to life 📀
