Friday's mean Happy Hour! Which means you may have to meet some folks at the Bar.

I know the journey is harder for some than others 🙏🏽.

-Stay Focused.
-Stay Hydrated.
- Stay In Charge of Yourself.

Yesterday, 4/17/26...We lost our best girl. My Sweet Short Lady passed away. To say I'm ok would be a lie 🥲. But she was strong, smart and loving. And raised us to be the same way. As I've always said, please check on your people as we age 🙏🏿 #dementiaawareness #healthcare #ripmom #prayformystrength taken in Richmond, Virginia by @sturdywell

Everyone has the right to move on.
No one has a right to come back.
Remember that. Stay solid.
