โš–๏ธ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐…๐ˆ๐‘๐’๐“ ๐‚๐‡๐€๐ˆ๐‘ ๐“๐‘๐ˆ๐€๐‹ ๐‚๐Ž๐Œ๐๐„๐“๐ˆ๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐โš–๏ธ For the first time in school history, STU Trial Team was invited to compete in the National First Chair Competition at Drexel University and our advocates went with something to prove. After six preliminary rounds and advancing through the semifinals, ๐‰๐ฎ๐š๐ง ๐„๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ณ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐€๐ฅ๐ž๐ฑ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ ๐„๐ฌ๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ง earned their place in the final round. Both advocates were also recognized with ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐€๐๐ฏ๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐๐ฌ for their performances throughout the competition. And just like that, our 2026 Intramural Competition has officially come to a close! ๐Ÿ†โš–๏ธ After an incredible weekend of competition, our two finalist teams, Team B and Team F took the courtroom one last time and delivered outstanding performances. Both teams demonstrated confidence, preparation, professionalism, and exceptional advocacy from beginning to end. After a hard-fought final round, the results are officially inโ€” Team B has been crowned our 2026 Intramural champions!! Today, our President, Juan Estevez, had the privilege of speaking at the St. Thomas University College of Lawโ€™s 1L Orientation, where he gave the incoming Class of 2029 a glimpse into what Trial Team is all about.
