POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our students and directors shined the last three days showing what #bandtober is all about!

Thursday night, the 7th Grade Band took the stage for the first concert of the year! You can watch the concert at the PAC link in our bio.

Friday night, the 8th Grade joined the Pioneer Matching Band, putting nearly 300 students on the field to support Pioneer Football and show how quickly our band program is growing.

Finally, on Saturday the Pioneer Marching Band competed in Renegade Review featuring some of the best high school bands from Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri. While the Pioneers finished one spot from being a finalist, we are proud of the students & directors and can’t wait to see the show continue to improve.

We wish you all good luck as you finish the first 9 weeks of the school year and we hope you all have a great Fall Break. All of these photos and more are available at the SmugMug link in our bio. #everyonecounts #wearepioneers by @stwbands

We want to give a special THANK YOU this morning to our incredible Band Parents. Over the last two days you served nearly 800 meals, moved props on and off two different fields (and half way across Union’s campus), worked OSU concession stands, drove equipment trucks/trailers, took photos/video, gave hugs of encouragement, provided first aid, and MOST IMPORTANTLY cheered our students on! We can’t thank you enough!!! #everyonecounts #bandparentsrock by @stwbands

In one of the most competitive Renegade Reviews in recent history, the Pioneer Marching Band misses out on Finals. However, we are very proud of our students and looking forward to seeing the show continue to grow in the coming weeks leading up to OBA. #everyonecounts by @stwbands
