💙 DREAMERS RISE FOR A CAUSE 💙

LINK IN BIO

Dreamers Football is incredibly excited to announce our first-ever RISE FOR A CAUSE initiative.

This month, we’re putting the spotlight on something that matters far beyond the football field: MENTAL HEALTH.

As we recognize Self-Harm Awareness Month, we want to remind our athletes, families, coaches, and community that taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body.

🏈 Athletes don’t just need to develop strong bodies. They need strong minds.

The demands of sports can bring pressure, frustration, disappointment, anxiety, and emotions that young athletes may not always know how to process. Learning to recognize those feelings, talk about them, ask for help, and practice healthy coping skills is part of becoming a stronger athlete — and an even stronger person.

At Dreamers, we believe mental training and physical training go hand in hand.

💙 Train the body.
💙 Strengthen the mind.
💙 Prioritize recovery.
💙 Protect your peace.
💙 Ask for help when you need it.
💙 Support your teammates.

There is no weakness in asking for help. There is strength in speaking up.

Our goal with RISE FOR A CAUSE is to create conversations, educate our athletes, and remind every Dreamer that their value goes far beyond their performance on the field.

You are more than an athlete. You are a person first. And your mental health matters.

This month, let’s RISE together.
RISE for awareness.
RISE for support.
RISE for one another. 💙

🏈💙 They say athletic ability comes from the mom… 👀😂

And honestly… we’re not here to argue. 😉

Because behind every football player is a mom who has spent countless hours on the sidelines, in the car, at practices, at games, packing snacks, washing uniforms, finding lost cleats, rubbing sore muscles, encouraging them after the tough days, and reminding them to NEVER give up.

Maybe they got the speed from Dad…
Maybe they got the strength from Dad…
But that GRIT?
That HEART?
That NEVER-QUIT attitude?

Yeah… we’re claiming that. 💅🏼😂

Football moms don’t just raise athletes.
We raise competitors, leaders, teammates, and young men and women who learn how to fight through adversity.

So here’s to the moms in the stands—
the loud ones, the tired ones, the emotional ones, the ones who know every stat and every bruise. 😂

We may not be on the field…
but we’ve been part of the journey every step of the way. ❤️

Athletic ability may be genetic… but the warrior mentality?
That’s a football mom thing. 🏈💙
