We laughed a lot.. I have so much to say about Sunday’s Method + Mindset event, but when looking through my content, what stood out again and again was the laughter 🤎

My events are always centred around the people who come. My education has always been about the person learning, even 15 years ago, back when I was training assistants in the salon.

Method + Mindset isn’t just hair education. It’s a chance for you to sit, reflect and work out what you really want to move towards. What lights you up.

I love that I get to do this, and I’m so grateful for everyone who has supported me so far.

Those brighter days bringing all the vibes 🤎

I’m taking a moment today to slow down and take a breath. This image captures that feeling for me. Sunlight streaming through the windows @styldstudios 🤌🏻✨

My client has a natural warmth to her hair and I make sure to work with that. This helps the hair continue to look expensive, even when growing out.
