I fell in love with the stone fruit martini @steak48 in HTX. I think it’s the perfect drink to usher in the season as September is peak time for plums and pears. Here’s my rendition 🤍

3 organic black plums
2 organic red plums
1 organic Asian pear
2 organic red pears
1/4 cup simple syrup which is insanely easy to make… I wish I could tell you the measurements but I poured some raw cane sugar and water into a pan and let it simmer until all of the sugar liquified.

1 cup of Peach Orange Blossom @greenhousevodka

I puréed the fruits and strained 3 times into the simple syrup and let that simmer as well. I added the finished syrup, vodka, and ice into the strainer and poured. Soooo good….this made about 4 martinis. I used half of the strained purée to make stone fruit mimosas which were super easy. Just add champagne !

Jade green is my favorite color and I had 24 hours in New Orleans……. I made these before the orchid became the trending flower this summer but how fitting… A guy recently asked me what I did and when I told him I was a florist he said oh so you make like little bouquets lol… Cheers to my little bouquets paying my bills and whatnot

At Heirbloom we value:

To the gentleman in Lowe’s who asked me “damn shawty is you a killa” when I was checking out. No sir, I am lover girl not a fighter 🤗🤗.. Zip ties, heavy duty shears, C clamps, and trash bags are perfectly normal items for a young lady to buy… just ask any florist 😩😩… Also guys I promise I don’t be ashy. My hands were so dry from grabbing flowers out of the bucket and then having the air hit them 😩😩😭😭… Any ways this was such a fun install… the best part was that all of these blooms were sourced from a farm right here in Texas… I used zip ties, a c clamp, and chicken wire to install this beauty to keep it all the way sustainable. I made this in March so all the blooms were right in season too. Lastly let’s get into how the light is actually reflecting off my skin with this @narsissist light reflecting foundation. I use shade Caracas . 🤍🤍🤍
