This is why I love what I do so much…

yeah, I love a good before + after. the color, the extensions, the glow up… all of it.

but if I’m being real?
it’s this part right here.

the head massages. the quiet moments. the deep, unfiltered conversations that somehow always happen once you finally sit down and exhale.

these women in my chair… they’re not just clients.
they’re strong as hell. smart. layered. resilient.
and honestly… they inspire me more than they probably even realize.

nothing is off limits here. no judgment. ever.
because when you’ve actually lived some life… you stop looking at people through that lens.

and if I can give you healthy hair and a space where you feel seen, heard, and taken care of…
that’s the kind of work that actually matters to me.

There was a season where I thought confidence would just show up one day.
Like I’d wake up ready, bold, and unshakable.

That’s not how it happened.

Confidence came from education.
From learning my craft, raising my standards, and realizing I didn’t need permission to want more.

I stopped confusing burnout with ambition.
I stopped calling overworking “passion.”
And I stopped shrinking to make rooms more comfortable.

This chair taught me more than hair.
It taught me leadership, boundaries, and how powerful women become when they’re supported instead of silenced.

I’ve been keeping a pretty big secret.

I’ve officially been invited to Las Vegas Fashion Week this November…not to sit in the audience, but to be behind the scenes doing hair.

And that part hits different.

Because there have been seasons where I questioned myself, seasons where I was just trying to keep my little business moving forward, and plenty of moments where I wondered what was next for me.

Apparently… Vegas.

Fashion Week. Doing the thing I’ve spent almost two decades building a career around.

At almost 40 , I’m still saying yes to things that scare me a little.
