There is nothing we love more than creating in a space that holds a deeper meaning.

For A & M, that meant celebrating at her family’s private estate in Healdsburg, surrounded by rolling vineyards and olive groves.

We wanted the smaller details to feel like a natural extension of the property, thoughtfully incorporating elements that told the story of the estate. From personalized bottles of olive oil harvested on the property at each guest’s place setting to natural stone and warm wood accents woven throughout the design, every detail was intentional.

A celebration that felt deeply personal, rooted in its surroundings, and a beautiful reflection of the place they call home. Here are some of our favorite little details from the day…

Kyla & Sean’s wedding weekend was one for the books 🥂

From the moment guests arrived, we wanted the celebration to feel vibrant, welcoming, and full of personality. Tray-passed champagne greeted guests before the ceremony, and from there, the weekend unfolded with thoughtful details at every turn.

Our color story started with a question asked during the design process: What color reminds you of each other?

For Kyla, Sean was green. For Sean, Kyla was yellow 🌼

Those answers became the foundation for the entire weekend. Chartreuse green linens & bridesmaids dresses, vibrant yellow florals, and playful pops of color woven throughout.

Dinner served family-style, encouraging guests to pass plates, linger at the table, and actually connect with the people around them. It brought an intimacy to the evening that a traditional plated dinner simply wouldn’t have created in the same way.

Bold colors, great food, flowing champagne, and a room full of their favorite people.
This is the kind of wedding design we love most — not just beautiful for the sake of being beautiful, but personal to the couple and built around how they want their wedding to feel ✨

Not every design moment has to come from adding more. Sometimes it’s simply being intentional with the pieces you already need — and these green velvet chairs are the perfect example. 🍐✨

Upgrading your chairs is one of those design choices that can completely transform a space. It may seem like a small detail, but when you have 100+ of them throughout a space, they become a huge part of the overall design. We love using chairs as an opportunity to bring in an unexpected color, texture, or shape that makes the entire tablescape feel a little more special.

Hard truth: a good planner will tell you “no.”

Not because your idea isn’t beautiful. Not because it’s trending (or not). But because a good planner is thinking about the people experiencing your wedding day.

Will guests be comfortable? Will the timeline flow? Will they feel cared for from start to finish?

The most memorable weddings aren’t always the biggest or the most elaborate. They’re the ones where guests leave saying, “That just felt so good.”

Sometimes, the best thing your planner can give you isn’t another “yes.” It’s the confidence to say “no” when it matters most.

So trust your planner. I promise it will make a world of a difference 🫶🏼

Family-style dining is having a moment—and we’re here for it.

Emily and Jack are big foodies so it was no a brainer to indulge in their menu and allow guests to enjoy a little bit of everything!

There’s something special about passing plates, sharing stories, and letting guests help themselves to a little (or a lot) of everything. It’s interactive, intentional, and creates the kind of connection that makes a wedding feel like one big dinner party with all your favorite people.

Some weddings are remembered for how they looked. Others are remembered for how they felt.

Ariel & Gunner’s celebration was rooted in both.

Every transition throughout the day was designed with intention, creating an experience that felt effortless for the people who mattered most. Guests were welcomed with Mango Sage Margaritas beside the pool at Chateau Noel’s before making their way to the ceremony. Cocktail hour unfolded around a live chef station and floral-inspired cocktails, inviting everyone to slow down and settle into the evening 🍸

As dinner began, Ariel & Gunner greeted their guests from the Chateau’s iconic balcony before making their grand entrance—a moment that felt equal parts cinematic and deeply personal.

After dinner in the motorcourt, the celebration moved to the Loggia Lawn, where a millefoglie cake, tray-passed espresso martinis, and a packed dance floor carried the evening into the night ✨

Nothing was included simply for the sake of tradition. Every moment reflected who Ariel & Gunner are, creating a celebration that felt thoughtful, joyful, and unmistakably theirs.
