The brown spot filter on the VISIA is honestly terrifying 😅… but look at these results! 🤩✨

This is what consistency with both your at-home skincare routine and in-office treatments can achieve. The biggest thing to remember? Results take time, and patience is 🔑.

These before-and-after scans were taken in September 2025 and May 2026. During those 8 months, I was consistent with:
✨ Alto Advanced every morning under my SPF
✨ Even Intensive every night

For in-office treatments, I only had:
• 1 SkinCeuticals TCA Peel
• 1 Opus Plasma treatment

That’s it!

Now, keep in mind that these are my personal results. Everyone’s skin is different, and depending on your concerns, you may need more (or fewer) treatments to achieve your goals. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to skincare.

What is true for everyone, though, is that your home routine matters. Treatments can absolutely accelerate your results, but your daily skincare routine is what maintains and builds on those results between appointments. Consistency is what makes the biggest difference over time. 🤍

I get asked a lot what I do for my skin, and to be honest, a majority of it is my AT HOME skincare routine 🏡✨ We always like to say, it’s 20% what you do here in office (treatments), and 80% what you do at home that will improve your skin. Although I love a good Opus Plasma and exosome microneedling, I’m OBSESSED with products. 🧴🧖‍♀️
Here is a break down of my daily AM/PM routine:
