Took a while to post but great memories in New Orleans and experienced Jazz Fest on the one sunny day.

Happy Birthday to the love of my life, my best friend, and my forever teammate. ❤️🎉

There aren’t enough words to describe what you mean to me, but today I’ll try.

From the very beginning, you’ve believed in me—even in moments when I doubted myself. You’ve loved me with everything you have, challenged me to become a better man, and shown me what real partnership, loyalty, and unconditional love truly look like.

People see my name on the front of the salon, but what they don’t always see is the incredible woman behind it all. Every success we’ve had has your fingerprints on it. Your vision, your work ethic, your strength, and your endless support have helped build everything we’ve created together. You keep our world running, our business thriving, and our family grounded. None of this would exist the way it does without you.

Thank you for being the best mom our girls could ever ask for. They have the privilege of growing up with a role model who is strong, fearless, compassionate, intelligent, confident, and unapologetically herself. They are lucky to call you Mom, and I’m the luckiest man alive to call you my wife.

You’re the rock that holds us all together. My biggest supporter. My greatest inspiration. My safe place.

Your passion pushes me. Your strength makes me stronger. Your love has changed my life in ways I could have never imagined. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without you, but I know I wouldn’t be the man I am today.

To my beautiful, powerful Leo… I hope this next year brings you every dream you’ve been chasing and so much more. You deserve all the happiness, success, love, and adventure this world has to offer.

Thank you for choosing me every single day. I promise I’ll never stop choosing you.

I love you more than words could ever express.

Happy Birthday, Kimmy. ❤️ Here’s to celebrating you today and loving you for the rest of my life. 🥂🎂♌️💕 taken in Scottsdale, Arizona by @stylevixon

Happy Birthday to our Sharon! 🥂🎂❤️

It’s crazy to think this all started with you as a client… then you became a friend, then a business partner, and somewhere along the way you just became family. ❤️

You believed in us, believed in our dreams, and jumped on this crazy ride with us — and we couldn’t imagine doing life without you now. The way you love our family, the way you love our girls, and the way you’re always there for all of us means more than you’ll ever know.

From traveling the world together, to the countless laughs, memories, celebrations and adventures… you are such a huge part of our tribe and this incredible group of friends we’re so lucky to call family.

And the best part is… we’re jus t getting started. 😉 There’s another exciting chapter ahead, and we couldn’t be happier that we get to dream BIG and take on this next adventure together.

We love you Sharon! Happy Birthday to one of the sweetest, kindest, most genuine people we know. Here’s to another year of friendship, family, adventures, big dreams and making some magic together! 🥂✨❤️

We love you! Happy Birthday! 🎉🎂😘 by @stylevixon

I know I say this all the time, but I could definitely live here…. 🌊
And if anyone hasn’t been the Hearst Castle, it’s one one the coolest places I’ve ever seen 🏰

When Cousin It came in for a haircut but the Lorax wasn’t allowed to cut a single strand 😅🌳
So instead… she got the Ryan M Scottsdale signature glitter glow-up ✨ Because sometimes less snip, more sparkle 💇‍♀️💎
