The knowing and doing gap for me is BIG when it comes to working out. I know I should yet I don’t do consistently. I’m putting this out there so I can be accountable to myself. In the 60 minute class, i found myself looking at the “just do it”on my leggings and the clock simultaneously. I don’t think I track time anywhere like I do in a workout class. It made me think… what else is more important than this hour of self care yet I still struggle with getting my touchas ( tuuuuchis) to the gym. When 10:45 came, I was so happy I did it. And then of course I beat myself up for not doing it on a consistent basis. I have crazy admiration and respect for everyone that is so committed to this habit!!!
