I am surrounded by so many amazing mothers. Women who have shown me the true meaning of sacrifice and love. Starting from my mother, sister and dear friends. These women are my role models and teach me every day how I want to raise my future kids one day inshallah. ❤️💐

“In Her Honor.” This Mother’s Day, we’re inviting people to donate $9 (or more) in honor of their mother or a mother figure symbolizing the 9 months of pregnancy. While many of us spend these last nights in comfort, there are mothers in Palestine who are facing a very different reality.

Pregnant women waiting at checkpoints.
Mothers travelling long distances for basic care.
Women carrying life while navigating fear, barriers, and uncertainty.

Yet even in these conditions, they hold onto hope. And tonight, we have the chance to stand with them.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to others.”
(Tabarāni)

Through Rivers of Mercy, vital maternal healthcare is reaching mothers in Palestine — supporting them through pregnancy, birth, and the fragile days that follow.

On this blessed night, your charity could be multiplied beyond imagination.

A night that is better than a thousand months.
A night where a single sincere action can weigh more than a lifetime.

Even £5 could be the act that changes your scale of deeds forever.

400 days. 402 to be exact. 402 days of love. 402 days of laughter. 402 days since these magical moments.

It has been difficult for me to share or even sometimes enjoy these moments because of the ongoing genocide of my people. My happiness has coincided with these horrors and it has broken me and broken everyone I know. But I know that god has a plan and he is the only one that can help us because we have failed the Palestinian people.

1 year with you and it’s only getting better. This past year I have learned so much about myself, about marriage and about life but what one of the most important things I’ve learned is what it means to be loved by a husband. You are what I prayed for and more and I will continue to ask Allah to keep our love for each other and our iman in him continuously growing. I love you husband. I do not take for granted the privilege that I have to celebrate my culture when my own people are being brutally killed. Always keep them in your prayers and May we celebrate with them when falasteen is free 🇵🇸

I documented my first wedding in 2009 so I’ll let you do the math on how long I’ve had the honor of having this amazing job of capturing such an important day in my couples lives. I love what I do and the people I get to meet through photography. I even love the butterflies I get every single time I pick up my camera.

I love being behind the camera… and very much dislike being in front of it 😝 BUT a few times a year I do it so I remember again and again how my clients feel.

In January I was on the side of the camera that’s not my favorite for new branding photos for myself and I had a lot of fun while doing it. I had the best hype squad and I’m excited to show you a few of the images from the session! Which one is your favorite?!
