Happy #WhyDanceWorksWednesday from one of our Freshman, Riki Chung! Riki has been dancing for 17 years and this is her 1st year in DanceWorks🤍

“DanceWorks was the first organization I have heard of coming into Syracuse University, therefore, it was the first one I planned to join before I even moved in. I’ve danced my whole life and hold a strong passion for it, so I wanted to be surrounded by others who felt the same. Now that I am a part of this community, I am excited for what we can cultivate! Despite it being my first year in DanceWorks, my advice to prospective members would be to just go for it. It’s so cliche, but there was a point where I felt doubt within myself and was about to drop my plans of auditioning for DW. However, you never know what could happen, so as long as you put your best foot forward, things will fall into place for you.” 🩵🩵🩵 by @su_danceworks
