What’s Up Family 💪🏿

Welcome to this Page 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I’m Quan from the PG county Maryland area, got my bachelors degree from Towson University studied Sports Management with a minor in Business. Just tell you a quick story on my health journey so in 2021 I Struggle Copping with the lost of my Nana(my 2nd Mom), then losing my best friend from college KP from fentanyl. Those were two important people to me that I lost. So in 2022-2023 I struggle handling everything and become numb at the funerals and gatherings. I had a mental breakdown due to losing them. My family decided to placed me in a mental health center to deal with all that. I was taking heavy medication that my body wasn’t used to so I used to just eat and sleep all day become depress. I tried to drink alcohol to cope with it but that wasn’t working and made things worse. I slowly started coming off medication within that time frame. I was taking mental pills and shots in my arm. Once I started to come off medication dosage I slowly made my way back in Church and in the gym at Godspeed time. Once I start breaking bad habits like drinking too much alcohol and bad foods. I slowly started seeing a change. This is just for motivation purposes, everyone has a testimony but im just sharing mines to motivate people who struggle with mental health or weight issues.
