Stronger than I’ve ever been, and we’re still going to breakthrough more ceilings to become steel 💪🏾.

Don’t think I’ve been this consistent in the gym since high school. Even in high school I never reached this level of strength. I’m loving this! I’m trying to age backwards, and simultaneously be one of them ones who live to be 100. Continue to build your temple, it’s only hard in the beginning.

Becoming Steel, While Still Becoming.

While life is good, it’s also humbling. For that fact I am appreciative, because I’m constantly refreshed in the areas of my work ethic, drive, and desire. We are our own greatest project. I don’t think anyone’s ever perfected themselves, but that shouldn’t discourage you to try.

The type of content I’m coming with in 2026 🫡.

Somewhere along the way, we forgot to love ourselves properly and consistently. I say we, but I guess I’ll only speak for me. Getting back to a passionate, healthy life should be one of a parent’s primary goals, and EARLY in the child’s life. Become the best version of you. You have an obligation to the ones coming behind you to do so.

We had a blast celebrating baby girl’s birthday yesterday! I can’t believe you’ve reached 1 already!! What amazes me even more is how fast you’ve developed and how mature your personality is! …..although in this one, we CLEARLY weren’t chasing anything but a good time 😂. This round was dedicated to the yips abd the bad shots that plague us all! Come laugh with us as we suffer through.
