Annyeonghaseyo Hyrox Incheon! 🇰🇷 New PB 🏆 This race is not about my timing, it’s a win against myself, proof that I came out of the darkness. I want to start by thanking everyone who supported me, both physically and mentally. Many of you sent me messages, filled me with positivity, and helped me rise above some of my darkest moments, especially as I was battling depression and anxiety. Before the race, I had a major panic attack, but I managed to keep myself calm, keep smiling, and start positively. Thanks to that mindset, I not only finished, but I crushed my personal best by over 2 minutes. That alone is a huge win. I dedicate this PB to all my friends who kept me going. A special shoutout to @captraeiz , @nuqameer , the whole @myfitbattalion team, @run.sbrc.run each and everyone of them, and @kfitness_klang mates, @fawardaada , @nabilalias ,@sendo_jerks04 4 , @nazriqqq , @devin_givemeadonut , @franklinlee98 and many more who belief in me made all the difference. This finish is just the start of a new chapter. I’m ready for whatever’s next. by @subahrao_
🏃‍♂️ BOOM+ RUN 2026 HALF MARATHON 🏅 🔥 Third Boom+ Run, Third PB! 📅 2024: 2:40:16 📅 2025: 2:12:35 🏆 2026: NEW PB — 2:09:22 ⏱️🔥 After a disappointing Malaysia Marathon just two weeks ago, I badly wanted to prove to myself that I actually could do it. I was lucky enough to get this Boom+ Run slot at the last minute from someone, and I'm really glad I took it. I came here to prove that I was able to beat myself and I did. 💪 This race really tested my mental strength. Flag-off was at 6:30 AM, and by around 8:00 AM, the weather was already so hot. Around 16 km, both calves and almost my whole body were cramping. But I never gave up. I pushed myself all the way to the finish line. 🏁 🙏 Thanks to the 3 people who helped me to finish My friend @zharifabdullah A kind stranger who helped me get water when my leg was cramping. 💧 Brother Farhan @fly.wick , who pushed me to the finish line, helped me clear the crowd, and guided me all the way to the end. 🙏 I really, really appreciate all the help you gave me. ❤️ Thank you to my best friend @puvan0303 , who guided me over the past few weeks, helped with my long runs, corrected my mistakes, and kept pushing me to get better. 🙌 Thank you to my @run.sbrc.run family for always backing me up, supporting me, and helping me push myself further. 🏃‍♂️❤️ Thank you Coach @_ameerashraff for all your pep talks, encouragement, and support! 🙌❤️ Thank you to all my social media friends who supported and consoled me after my Malaysia Marathon disappointment. Your words and support meant more than you probably realize. ❤️ 👏 BOOM+ RUN A big applause to Boom+ for organizing such an amazing event consecutively for the past few years. 👏🔥 @johnlemmonn @boomsportsclub @boombeverage Definitely will join again next year! 🏃‍♂️ This PB isn't just mine. I dedicate this half marathon PB to everyone who supported me, believed in me, helped me, and pushed me. Thank you, everyone. ❤️🙏 👟 @asicsmalaysia ⌚ @garminmalaysia 👕 @siclothing_ 🩳 @kiprun 🧦 @kiprun 👃 @peakflowtape 🔋 @myaminovital & @winsports_malaysia by @subahrao_
🏁 Score Marathon 2026 📍 Distance: 10KM ⚡ 5K PB: 27:02 🏅 10K PB: 55:26 This PB was something I truly needed — not just for the timing, but as a reminder that I’m still capable of fighting forward. --- ❤️ Why “Heart of Champion”? Because this race was a war against myself. A few months ago, I was fighting a very different battle — one of my lowest points, struggling with thoughts I never thought I would overcome. Today, the battle looked different. I pushed my body to its limit, challenged my mind, and chose to fight for myself. (Just look at my heart rate… haha ❤️🔥) My Garmin showed my heart rate locked in Zone 5 almost the entire way. My body was screaming to slow down, but my heart refused to quit. At 5K, I hit 27:02 — a new 5K PB. That moment gave me the confidence to keep pushing all the way to the finish. The rolling hills tested my body. The pain tested my mind. But I kept moving. 🏁 The Finish Line Crossing the line with a 10K PB of 55:26 meant more than a number. It was proof that after a downfall, we can rebuild — and after breaking, we can come back stronger. ❤️ Gratitude Thank you to SBRC @run.sbrc.run fam, my K Fitness gym fam, my Hyrox Battalion MY fam, my best friends Puvan, and everyone, even strangers who showed kindness and support along this journey. ❤️ #ScoreMarathon2026 #10KPB #5KPB #RunningComeback #HeartOfChampion RunningJourney KeepFighting by @subahrao_
New PB for 15KM! 🔥 90 mins💪🏽 Been staying consistent with my long runs since the Score Marathon 10KM race, and the progress is finally showing. The past two weeks, my friend Puvan paced me. This week, I decided to push harder and go faster than my target race pace. Honestly, it’s unbelievable to see the pace I can hold now. And on 30 August, it’s time for a new challenge — a new race route on the SUKE Highway. 🛣️🔥 I’m gonna give it everything I’ve got. 30 August. Half Marathon. Let’s go. 🔥 Thank you @siclothing_ . Sedap pakai baju. Long run, race day mmg nice 🙌 #15KPB #HalfMarathon #HalfMarathonTraining #RoadToHM #malaysiamarathon by @subahrao_
18KM yesterday. Legs today. 🦵🔥 Strength + plyometrics. Building legs that can run far, move fast, and stay strong when the fatigue hits. Trust the process 🔥💪🏽 by @subahrao_
Langkawi International Half Marathon 2025, last event of the year. Attempted another PB but failed. One week after Hyrox SG, legs are still fatigued. Long hours standing for the kit collection didn’t help. Massage as well. I pushed anyway. Mentally I was there, physically my legs checked out. Then the side stitch hit, bad enough that breathing became so hard. I just pushed myself and finished at 2:19. Last year Dec, 2:29 was my PB. This year Dec, 2:19 feels like a bad run. That alone tells me how much I’ve improved and how much more is coming next year. A solid event by LIHM and great catching up with so many friends. Hopefully back again next year 🙌🔥 @lihm.official @langkawirunners Huge thanks to my running & fitness family @run.sbrc.run , Team Hyrox Malaysia, Team Lunges Lu, you’ve all played a big part in my progress. On to the next 💪 by @subahrao_
Every race teaches me something. My body is still adapting and learning what this endurance strength really needs. The goal is simple, be better than I was yesterday. From someone who gave up life, and now I’m chasing growth, fitness, and progress with everything I’ve got. On to next! 🔥💪 #hyroxworld #hyroxsingapore #hybridathlete #runningjourney #grind #hyroxmalaysia by @subahrao_
Back to back PBs! 🔥 This time in the 10KM. From 57:59 to 56:03⚡ Totally unexpected as I just pushed to see how much I’ve improved since my last 10K in May, and I’m proud to say it paid off. 💪 Huge thanks for the free bib. @sendo_jerks04 & @al_ayeih 🙌 The grind never stops! 💪 #PB #10K #roadtosub50 Here you go @run.sbrc.run ⚡ @_ameerashraff Thank you @scorexperience and @puma.malaysia for an amazing event 🤩 by @subahrao_
New PB! 💪🔥 HYROX MENS SINGLE OPEN 2025 - SINGAPORE EXPO Still processing this race. Didn’t feel happy, didn’t feel sad but just stuck in that weird middle zone. Shaved 2 minutes off my PB, but failed 1:40 target slipped due to adductor cramp. Third Hyrox done, and still plenty to learn and fix. On to the next one. Appreciate everyone who cheered for me out there. Your support kept me moving. You know who you are! by @subahrao_
Did it again, another PB! 💥 Shaved 5 mins off my HM time since the July SCORE event. BOOM+ HALF MARATHON 2025! From 2:17:43 to 2:12:35 ⚡⚡⚡ Through all the mental and emotional battles, this sport has given me a second life. I made a promise to myself, and today I proved it. The road to sub-2 continues & the grind never stops. 🏃‍♂️🔥⚡ Thanks to my friends for all the support and motivation. Especially @run.sbrc.run members and coach @_ameerashraff 🙌 Thank you @boombeverage for an amazing event ☺️ by @subahrao_
@redlinefitnessgames.my REDLINE Fitness Games 2025🔥 2 days. 3 categories. Limitless effort. 🔹 Single Advanced – ⏱️ 54:56 🔹 Men’s Double (Team Goku & Vegeta) – ⏱️ 34:05 🔹 Men’s Team Relay (Team Santai Men) – ⏱️ 31:51 This was by far the most memorable event for me as my first time competing in both the doubles and team relay categories. And honestly, I enjoyed them more than the solo category. Why? Because I had to push myself harder and not just for me, but for my partner and my team. It proved to my body and mind that there's still another level I can reach. And that’s where real growth happens. Massive thanks to Abg Asri, @muhamadasriabuhashim my men’s doubles partner, for trusting me and saying yes to this challenge. I truly admire your endurance and calm under pressure, you carried me more than you know! To my relay teammates, @blwk25 @_ameerashraff @gumpycola, the adrenaline was next level. That feeling of waiting nervously, then stepping in for the final 3 workouts knowing I had to go all out... unforgettable. Your support and energy pushed me to my edge. You guys are beasts. Lastly, it was amazing to see so many familiar faces, friends, athletes, supporters — all coming together with so much energy and encouragement. This community is something special. Special thanks you my partner @iamshivaeswari , my sis @vmalanni , @_aimanwoong and all @run.sbrc.run friends who came and supported me! Let’s keep growing. Let’s keep pushing. 🏁 SCORE MARATHON 2025 Distance: Half Marathon 📅 Date: 13 July 2025 Previous PB: 2:21:35 New PB (Garmin): 2:17:43 🔥 This one means a lot. Just two weeks ago, I walked away from Hyrox SG disappointed. Since then, it’s been a tough emotional ride. I wasn't myself, mentally and emotionally I was struggling. But I told myself: “Focus. Show up. Do better.” And I did. This PB isn’t just a number—it’s my comeback. A sweet revenge. A step forward. 🏃‍♂️💪 Huge thanks to my coach’s @_ameerashraff solid training plan and my @run.sbrc.run team, you guys are my engine, always pushing me to level up. Grateful for my Hyrox Malaysia Battalions fam, you reminded me that one tough race doesn’t define me. And not forget my best buddy @puvan0303 for constant support. Also @mllc.crew for the shoutout! This journey continues. Life goal: Sub-2 hour Half Marathon. Let’s go. 🚀🔥 @scoremarathon by @subahrao_
