a bit of stills and moves from the dudhkunda trail 🏔️

the mountains have a way of humbling you, every step quieter, every breath heavier. somewhere above kamo dada, the altitude caught up. my friends were far ahead, no way to reach them, so i had to turn back alone. it felt strange at first, the silence, the slow walk down, the thought of an extra day that wasn’t planned.

but mountains bring people when you need them most. that’s when i met four brothers from biratnagar, strangers then, brothers now. they shared the trail, the laughs, the tea, and somehow made that detour feel meant to be.

the sherpas along the way were kind beyond words. one who had climbed everest spoke about it like a friend he’d once known. his stories by the fire, his child’s laughter in the cold, that’s the part that stays with you.

dudhkunda itself was quiet, still, and unreal. all the tiredness disappeared in that silence.

Thought about adding a traffic light clip too but realized there ain't no traffic light in Biratnagar, so I have to go to Itahari for it lol. So, anyway here it is without it.
