Hi everyone! I am currently looking to sublease my apartment on commonwealth ave in Allston for Jan-Aug, or Jan-May, I can be flexible! It is right off of the Griggs st stop, great location!
Rent is $1,287.50/month not including utilities which are usually <$50. My room is very spacious with a closet, two windows with a fire escape, a window AC unit and FULLY FURNISHED! There is also a small living room space and a beautiful bathroom with a clawfoot tub.You’d also be living with my roommate and his very very lovely & friendly cat.

hi! I’m Adelaide, a recent t&p grad. I’m looking to sublet my room in this from January onwards. Move in January 2025 and stay through end of lease in August (negotiable !). hi! me and my roommate are looking for two people to take over our lease from january 1 - april 31. we have an apartment in allston less than ten min from the packard’s corner stop (green line). rent is $2800/mo total, so $1400 each (not including utilities). we have two bedrooms, one bathroom, a backyard and basement, combined kitchen/living room with dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave, central heat, and in-unit laundry and dryer! apartment is fully furnished as well.

Hi! My name is Bella and I am a media arts production senior at Emerson. I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I’m in LA for my last semester! Both my roommate , Ciel, and I are both looking for subletters.

-Apartment is located on Hanover Street in the Northend
-About a 23 minute walk from campus
-About a 15 minute T-ride, if that
-The apartment is off of Haymarket, super easy access to Green and Orange Line (about a 5 minute walk away)
-The blue line is about a 10 minute walk away
-About 11 minute walk to TD Garden and StarMarket Grocery
-We are in the main strip of the Northend, in a great apartment with fun neighbors too (also Emerson people)
-The apartment is a split apartment with two bed rooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen, there is also a fire escape
-It has gas heaters to keep you warm in the winter
-It has laundry in unit
-Rent is $1500 per month ($3000 total for two bedrooms)
-I do have a bed and frame and some other things that I can sell to you
-Earliest start date would be January 1st
-A move out day would be later January or until end of the lease September 1st

Hello! My name is Keahi and I’m a senior VMA major and I am subletting my room in a 4 bed 2 bath apartment for spring 2025. My apartment has all new appliances, in unit washer and dryer. Rent is 1012.50 and utilities normally cost under 100 dollars.

Hello! My name is Shell and I’m a theatre education major senior at Emerson. I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I’m in LA for my last semester

- Apartment is located an 8 minute walk from the Airport T stop (Blue Line) has 2 full bathrooms (you would share with one other person!) and laundry in unit, and a private porch!
- Rent is $950 a month + <$100 in utilities
- 4 Emerson recent Alum roommates (Former comedy troupe members of Girlie Project and Jimmy’s traveling all stars) as well as one love bug cat named Artie (orange and white)
- Room will include almost all furniture shown excluding the mirror, tv, white plastic drawers, and lamp.
- Move in can be as early as Mid December or January start with a move out in late April or until end of lease September 1st!
- This is a 420 friendly house that has been known for some great parties but all roommates work so most nights are laid back and gathered around the TV

Hello! I’m looking to sublet my room in the North End start in January. It’s a bright, quiet room with a private fire escape attached. Three bedroom apartment but only one other bedroom will be occupied (1 roommate). The apartment is a 10 minute walk from both the green and orange line and about a 25 minutes distance from Emerson on the T or walking.
