-- OPEN CALL -- ROTica: Escalations. An Escalation of your desire. You are awake and hungry, yearning to create something carnal, and we're here to receive. Last year's Initiation was a herald of this year's intensities, and now we challenge you to give in. Indulge us with your raw creativity, your unconventional expressions of life, death, and sensuality. Rot with us again by submitting your work at the form located on our website: subspacetucson.org or via the link in our bio. ROTica is an 18+ show that aims to center queer, disabled, BIPOC, and fat bodies. Kink is celebrated.  Show premiers during January Art Walk, 1/2/27 Applications close Saturday Oct. 24th just before midnight. We're asking for the concept of the piece(s) you'd like to create for the show, not the finished product (unless you already have one ready – feel free to submit that, too!).  #tucsonopencall #subspacetucson #tucsonartists #kink #ROTica Background image features a hand with dark painted nails gripping into flesh. Overlaid that are grungy textures and a botanical image of what looks like seed pods and leaves. Text reads: Subspace presents ROTica: Escalations. An escalation of your desire. You are awake and hungry, yearning to create, and we're here to receive. OPEN CALL. Applications close Sunday October 24th. Subspacetucson.org. 480 N. Perry Ave. taken in Subspace by @subspacetucson

I don’t want to share too much before the opening @untitledgallerytucson *but* I also want to share EVERYTHING I’ve been working on. Two other artists - @rinayoonart and @innarohr - are sharing their stunning work, too. AND, next door, @steinfeldgalleryandstudios has a rad(!) opening curated by @paulgold (and others?) with a ton of phenomenal work. AND on the lower lever @subspacetucson has their gallery filled with last-chance-to-view works (I can’t wait) + open studios. ✨🌵✨ by @subspacetucson
