Literally was obsessed with the show @bonappetiteyourmajestykdrama 👩🏻‍🍳so sad it already ended😭

Recreated their pajeon, super easy to make using simple ingredients!🤤🥚🌱

✎ Ingredients:
*1/2 cup flour
*1/2 tbsp potato starch
*1/2 tbsp cornstarch
*1/2 tsp salt
*3/4 cup ice cold water
*1 egg

Directions:
1. Make batter by combining flour, potato starch, cornstarch, water, and salt.
2. Oil the pan.
3. Line the scallions and pour the batter.
4. Mix the egg and pour over.
5. When it’s golden brown, flip

Enjoy with a dipping sauce! You can combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, gochugaru, and sesame seeds!😋😋

5 Ingredient Chili Oil Peanut Noodles🍜🥜🌶️

This is the easiest and tastiest noodle recipe if you love peanut butter and spice!!😋😋

Serving size: 2

✎ Ingredients:
* 2.5 tbsp chili oil
* 3 tbsp peanut butter
*1.5 tbsp soy sauce
*1 tbsp black vinegar
*1.5 tsp sugar
*4-6 tbsp pasta water
*160g noodle
*optional- green onions and sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions and save 4-6 tbsp water
2. In a bowl, combine the sauce and add pasta water and mix
3. Add in the drained noodles and mix
4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds

You’ll def be craving it weekly!!🤤

So excited that one of my favorite Asian owned dessert spots, @cassetta.co, was highlighted for APIHM by @yelpla ! This cute, cassette-themed spot (duh)
SERVES up decadent, dairy-free soft serves, lattes, drinks and breakfast items that are not only beautifully crafted, but taste incredible! I got their new Taronie soft serve this time, which is a lactose free vanilla soft serve topped with taro powder and flowers, and it might be my new favorite! I also got their dirty taro latte to go, and was impressed with the quality of the coffee roast, which melded beautifully with the fragrant taro and sea salt cream flavors. Thank you to@yelpla and @cassetta.co for organizing such a wonderful event!
