Ever wonder how Thai soups get that deep, layered flavor? 🌶️ Chef Michael of Gai & I Thai BBQ will walk you through it step by step. You’ll build a master stock, layer in a Nam Prik Pao paste, and turn it all into two classic soups, vegan Tom Yum and Tom Kha, made with local Boulder ingredients. You’ll leave with the confidence to make them at home, plus a portion of each to take with you.
