POSTS STORIES REELS

Fall has arrived on the land. As the season turns, we've been reflecting on everything this past year has held, and we're full of gratitude. This October marks six years of Yellow Barn Farm.

We've always believed it takes about seven years for an ecosystem to find its equilibrium, and as we head into that seventh year, we're starting to see this place truly come to life.

This year has been about community and gatherings. We hosted all kinds of events and have learned so much in the process. Thank you to @stone_cottage_studios and @thegr8fulproject for beautiful collaborations. Thank you to @subtlenectarwellness for the steady rhythm that has become Wellness Wednesdays, and to @puffinsaunaclub for opening your doors on community nights and offering half-off sauna every Wednesday. And to our team, Margaret, Eric, Carolyn, Zach, and Cara: you have held this place and helped it become something that feels regenerative.

And thank YOU for following along, for cheering us on, and for being part of this journey. by @yellowbarn.farm

✨ We want to take a moment to say thank you to the woman who makes Wednesday evenings at the farm feel like such a safe space.

@keringaydou founder of Subtle Nectar Wellness, bodyworker, somatic practitioner, creative director, and one of the most genuinely whole-hearted humans we know. She had the vision to bring high-quality, accessible healing care to the land and to the people who need it most, and she makes it happen.

Every single week.

Kerin's work is rooted in Lomi Lomi bodywork and trauma-informed, somatic care, attuned, grounded, and deeply human. She trained at the Pacific Center for Awareness & Bodywork on Kauai, has built a thriving wellness practice and creative studio, and somehow still shows up here every Wednesday to hold space for this community with her whole heart.

Thanks to Kerin, Wellness Wednesdays is now a weekly gathering at the farm. A sliding scale community clinic bringing together practitioners of all modalities, from naturopathic medicine and Chinese medicine to massage, energy work, and Ayurveda.

📍Every Wednesday | 5–9 PM | Yellow Barn Farm

🔗 Comment "WELLNESS" and we'll send all of the details your way

And Kerin, we are so grateful you said yes to this. The farm is more alive because of you. THANK YOU 🌿 by @yellowbarn.farm

Now booking for 2026 and 2027 weddings and special events🥳

We can't wait to hear from you. Comment "Wedding" and we'll send our form straight to your DMs👇 by @yellowbarn.farm

✨ A New Space to Receive Bodywork! ✨

I’m delighted to announce that I’m expanding my bodywork practice to Puffin Sauna Club & Bodywork Collective at Yellow Barn Farm! @puffinsaunaclub @yellowbarn.farm

This new location offers my North Boulder, Longmont, and surrounding communities a beautiful, nature-based setting to receive nourishing bodywork.

I’ve long admired Yellow Barn Farm’s commitment to regenerative agriculture, land stewardship, and cultivating a thriving, connected community. I’m grateful for the opportunity to weave my healing work into this beautiful vision!

I’m especially stoked to grow alongside Mitch @ticket_stubbs as we cultivate a collective of skilled bodywork therapists devoted to supporting health, healing, and community. Nestled among the cottonwoods and hillsides, Puffin Sauna Club offers a unique setting to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

A little about my offerings…

My approach to integrative bodywork weaves together therapeutic touch, neuromuscular techniques, cranial somatics, polarity therapy, and subtle energetic rebalancing. For those interested in deeper exploration, I also incorporate heart-centered hypnotherapy and body-centered psychotherapy approaches to support mind-body-soul integration.

Moving from the physical to the subtle, each session is an invitation to restore balance, deepen awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

You can now find me at two locations:

🌿 Mondays | Puffin Sauna Club
Yellow Barn Farm | North Boulder / Longmont

🌿 Tuesdays & Thursdays | The Mandala Center
South Boulder

I’m excited to welcome you into this beautiful space and continue growing in community!

DM me to connect or schedule a session. 🤍 by @yellowbarn.farm

As the season winds down, we want to pause and say thank you to Nicole with @dar.forlifeonearth

This year the garden on the farm bloomed abundantly because of her care🏵️🌸🌼

This garden welcomed guests at our weddings, workshops, and gatherings. It was a backdrop for countless photos and a place to wander between moments. It made the land feel alive and brought so much warmth to the people who spent time here. The vibrancy was truly unmatched.

@nicole.good14 thank you for giving the farm a season this full of beauty! We’re so grateful for you!✨ by @yellowbarn.farm

Even Wednesday Addams couldn’t escape Wellness Wednesday.

See you tonight @yellowbarn.farm between 5-9PM every week.

Just a moment for these trees at the farm💛

Tell us, how are you embracing this season? 👇 by @yellowbarn.farm

Spooky season has officially arrived at the barn 🎃

As you visit, please drive slowly and carefully when entering and leaving the farm. We're a working farm, and our animals, including our barn cats and their kittens, are often out and about.

Taking it slow, watching the ground near the driveway and parking areas, and giving our little ones a few extra seconds goes a long way. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe this season🐾 by @yellowbarn.farm

We had the BEST weekend last weekend with @shinelivingcommunity at the Keep Boulder Wild event💛

We planted apples trees and companion shrubs, danced, breathed, chatted and had such an epic time filling the space with everyone!

We can't wait to continue to see how this land evolves. Thank you community!!✨ by @yellowbarn.farm

Reviews are in: “Disturbing. Sinister. Far too much care.”- Wednesday Addams ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wellness Wednesday, every week at @yellowbarn.farm 🖤 5-9PM Food • Tea • Live Music • Care

Tomorrow, Yellow Barn Farm hosts Keep Boulder Wild, the Boulder satellite of ORIGIN, a worldwide day of ceremony, music, movement, and regenerative action with the Zach Bush Foundation, organized by the @shinelivingcommunity

As part of the day, we’re planting 9 apple trees, each surrounded by a guild of companion shrubs, and we’d love for you to adopt one and plant it with us.

✨ Also happening tomorrow, 11am–4pm: yoga, an Indigenous Elders ceremony with Doug Good Feather, a global prayer livestream, live music, farm tours, and the Oktober Saunafest afterparty with @puffinsaunaclub

Comment PLANT for all of the info to be sent your way! by @yellowbarn.farm

As we head into our seventh year on the land, we've been reflecting on who's here and why. Some of you found us through a farm dinner or Wellness Wednesday. Some of you come for the pigs, the soil, or the Stalk Market. Some of you have been quietly following along since the very beginning.

So we'd love to ask: what brings you here?

Tell us in the comments what you most enjoy seeing from us:

🍂 1 Events: farm dinners, workshops, and things to put on your calendar
🌱 2 Community: our farmers, partners, and the people who make up this ecosystem
🚜 3 Behind the scenes: what it really takes to care for a 100-acre, 100-year-old ranch, from broken roofs and dry wells to closed-loop systems

Just drop a number, or tell us something we didn't think to ask. Your answers help us understand what this community means to you. by @yellowbarn.farm
