No money down? No problem. Here is exactly how Landon structured this creative finance deal:

🏡 The Setup: A meetup attendee had two properties his mom owned and reached out to Landon for help via email.
ㅤ
📲 The Relationship: Instead of taking a payout on the first home, Landon assisted him in selling it through an agent with seller financing for free to build trust.
ㅤ
📈 The Strategy: On the second home, Landon offered to buy it for $550,000, which was $25,000 over its $525,000 market value. The catch? He structured that extra $25,000 to serve as his down payment.
