Do you know what S.U.B. stands for? SURVIVING UPHILL BATTLES.

We’re all S.U.B.’s, sharing similar experiences and perspectives, while showing up as the most authentic versions of ourselves. Prayer, meditation, breathing, healthy eating, exercise, singing, dancing, educating ourselves, and serving our community is how we heal.

We did it!!! A special thank you to everyone who made EVENT 1 a success, including our sponsors @kswiss & @theupstatesound . The cheerful smiles, empowering stories, and laughter made all of the hard work beyond worth it. The opportunity to ignite healing journeys in the minds of youth and bring awareness to a rarely discussed topic in Black and brown communities…MENTAL HEALTH. Don’t conform to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

S.U.B.’s, we love you and can’t wait for EVENT 2. ♥️
