EPISODE 001: LONDON PT I

London doesn’t owe us a THING.

We were received so well and embraced by everyone we encountered. By day 3, you couldn’t tell us we weren’t locals.

This is the first minisode of many. Enjoy!

Make sure you also check out our accompanying deep dive where we talk about our experiences and share some memories, out now on suchislife.university

Thank you all. None of this is possible without our community.

Much love, always 🖤 by @suchislifeuniversity

As many of you know, in early 2025 the SIL U team took on a massive feat. We strung together a mini tour across Europe.

The Proof of Concept movement was created to serve as a real blueprint for independent artists and creatives alike.

As independents, this kind of move can feel unattainable. We were told for years that you have to hit certain milestones before you are “allowed” to even have a successful show.

We defied that narrative and made it happen.

Along the way, we learned more than we could have imagined. The biggest lesson of all was this: with community and AUDACITY, anything is possible.

Our community did not just support this journey. We built new communities around the world that reminded us the vision was real, achievable, and worth protecting.

Proof of Concept is more than a moment. It is a movement that is here to stay and will continue to grow with your support and our vision.

Over the next few weeks, we are giving you a BTS look at “Act 1: Europe”.

We will be releasing a series of minisodes highlighting the journey, along with accompanying articles on Such Is Life University where we break down our thoughts, the process, and how we made it happen so you can do it too.

As always, thank you for being part of this journey. We are grateful to have you with us.

Here is a trailer of what is to come. Episode 1 dropping soon.

Much love, always.

PROOF OF CONCEPT TOUR: ACT II is kicking off where it all started. Orlando, WHATS GOOD 🍊

ACT I of the tour was in Europe and we learned a lot about culture, the arts, and most importantly, COMMUNITY. We weren’t sure about what we were walking into but we left with a big takeaway—in person connection is important and community engagement matters.

We’ve opted for smaller venues for a few reason but being able to engage with each and every one of you is imperative to our mission.

With every stop, we seek to find places to perform that are community focused and that allow us to be up close and personal with you all. With that being said, we’ve chosen Bynx as our venue of choice.

@bynxorlando is an intimate venue with limited capacity so please make sure you get your tickets sooner rather than later as we are already running low!

We gonna be doing our big one with the homie @lifeofstokely and some special guests that we will be announcing very soon 👀 Get your tickets right now because there’s no guarantee you’ll get in if you wait!

We’re so excited to be back stateside and can’t wait to rock with yall. See you guys on Saturday at 7PM! by @suchislifeuniversity

Act I of The “Proof of Concept” Tour was all about proving to ourselves that building community in places where we had little to no connections was a possibility. We proved ourselves right and now have lifelong friendships in London, Birmingham, Paris, and Reykjavik.

Now it’s time to bring “Proof of Concept” home to the States! It’s only right we kick Act II off in Orlando at @bynxorlando! See ya’ll on November 15th. Tell a homie to tell a homie because you don’t want to miss this!
